Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

hi! my ex husband keeps sending me mean letters and harrassing me and my parents and is now showing up at my fiances house and sitting outside across the street. he has started writing ginger, my fiances sister, rude letters and whatnot. i would like to know if there is anything i can do about this. he is now targeting my new born daughter, which is not his.

If the letters you have opened contain threats of physical harm, take them to the police. Otherwise, stop reading them as they come in. Your fiance's sister can obtain a restraining order if he continues to stalk her or harrasses her in some fashion. Don't know what you mean by your daughter being targeted, but again, threats should be reported to the police.
