identiy theft
a friend of mine stole a credit card from a co-worker and spent $250.Her employer called yesterday and told her that they knew about the stealing. if the employer/co-worker presses charges what is the maximum/minimum that she can be charged with?

Most likely the charge would be Theft, a Class D felony that carries 6 months to 3 years.
