Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
In Indiana, how long can a person remain on a criminal trespass list? Is it indefinitely, or a certain period of time?

I don't know what you mean by a "criminal trespass list". It is always illegal to criminally trespass. If you mean that a store or business has notified you that you may no longer enter their store or it will be considered criminal trespass, the length of time you are banned is totally up to the store.
