Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
In Indiana, if a minor texts a friend with a list of people they want to kill and how they want to kill thrm, is that breaking a law since they didn't actually text the person they want to kill?

It might be a criminal defense depending on what he is charged with. It is still a horrendous thing to do and should always be reported to authorities, whether at school or in the community.
