Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I need information on how and when to apply for a sentence modification in the state of Indiana. The offense is a Class A Felony dealing in cocaine. The offender was sentenced to 25 yrs/10 yrs suspended to probation/15 do 7 1/2. He has already served 3 yrs and has no DOC violations, has obtained his GED, and has underwent couseling sessions while serving his sentence.

You will need to obtain agreement from the prosecutor for a modification to be considered. Find a criminal attorney in the county of the conviction to help.
