Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
how can an inmate at county jail fire his public definder, he has not appeared in front of judge, nor will his public definder take him in front of judge, just told him to find his own way to court, he is in fulton county jail, rochester indiana, and has been there since August,24, 2010, my father is his power of attorney, so can my father fire her. he will not get a fair trail from her or the county court, yes he has been in trouble several times. he got the same lawyer a few years ago, and told he he would get out right away, wrong he got five years and done half in lock up

He can complain to the court, but it is the judge's decision. The inmate can not fire the pd, directly or through a POA unless he will represent himself or can hire an attorney. Not sure what you mean about the attorney not taking him to court. If he is in jail, the sheriff will take him over to any necessary appearances.
