Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I have been corresponding with an inmate, about 8 months ago, he asked me to send money to someone and I did, that person is now saying it is considered trafficing, is that true?

If the inmate got contraband that you innocently paid for when you sent the outside person money, than you may be involved in a trafficking scheme. You made a very poor decision by doing this, and should not compound it by doing it again or by maintaining this relationship.
