Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Having an issue with someone calling my phone multiple times, I don't answer and it goes to voicemail. The voicemails that are being left are quite threatening they are maintaining that I'm calling them, which I am not and can prove it. But the voicemails are stating that they are going to physically harm me, and put me in the Cemetery and things of this nature. I would like to pursue action if at all possible.
