Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

i was issue 6 cheque for some good purchased for diffrent bills, i send him indiviusal notice through lawyer,in first to case i lost bcoz i dint submit the credit bills nor d income tax n sales tax return nor the ladger to show that amount is outstanding n judge pass the order againts me stating that there was no discharge of liability was not prove. now other two cases are for evidence , i want to ask you can i submit credit bills n income tax n sales tax return n how can i do it n under what provision
