Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Is it possible to go to jail for getting food stamps and not reporting of employment for 9 months? And with holding the identity of the person that was living in the house even though they never requested documents about the other person? Or will the money just have to be paid back my friend is a single mom and has never been in trouble
