Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
if someone is in jail for a warrant but is in probation in a different state and cant appear for court because he is in jail in a different state for a warrant because he failed to appear in court what happens to him when he gets out and goes back to the state he has probation in?

Chances are the the Probation Officer will ask that Probation be revoked.
