Why can't I get a job?
I have a background of drug use
and stealing a car. I have straightend my life up finally. This
still keeps me from getting a job
after 10 years. The court will not
expunge my record. What can I do
to get a decent job?

There is a way to petition the State police to keep them from releasing some information on your criminal history. I'm not sure if you are eligible, but you might be. Feel free to contact me for more information.
