judges denial on motions... discrimination of defendent
if the judge denies motion to suppress evidence when there is suffient reason for motion what can be done about it

Depends. If the motion would have been dispositive of the case, you might file an appeal before the trial. Or you might enter a guilty plea and reserve the right to appeal that specific issue. Or you can take the case to trial and if concivted appeal the conviction based on the faulty ruling.
