Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Jury Summons
I recieved a subpoena for Superior Court for jury duty. On the summons, my last name is misspelled, but all other information is correct. Is there legal grounds for me to be excused or disqualified from the jury?

No, do your civic duty, odds are you won't even be chosen. If you are it's not likely to last more than a day.
