Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

Juvenile with adult

17 year old girl insists on hanging around with 25 year old male. he has a car and can drive her where ever she wants to go. he is homosexual so there is no physical issues here. she leaves the house without permission or lies about it to meet up with him so she can get whereever she wants to be.

What can be done about it legally to stop this? The 25 year old DOES NOT want to be in trouble with law but the 17 tells him that no one can stop her from being with him. BTW, 17 year old is on probation.

I'm not really sure who's asking the question here, so I'm not sure quite what is wanted.

If 17 year old is on juvenile probation, there are routine restrictions about remaining under your parent's supervision. If the kid doesn't listen, the parents can report her.

If the 25 year old does not want to be in trouble with the law, the parents should just tell him that he has to stay away from the kid, or they will request a restrainiung order. No idea if they could get one, but it seems like it would be worth a shot. After all, the 17 year old can't make the 25 year old do anything.
