Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I had two laptops through a place like rent a center and was charged with conversion. The person i sold them to gave them back to the company. Can the company still charge me with conversion???

Yes. Giving them back doesn't keep it from being conversion, any more than returning the money after a bank robbery makes the robbery charge go away.
