Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

hello.i live in indiana and work at a salvage yard.several thefts of catalytic converters happened.a 5,000 dollar snap on machine was stolen as well.since i have an ebay store and sold some converters they figure i stole thiers.i have reciepts for them where i purchased them on line.they figure i took the machine too.well i did not. the detective told my boss to hold my two paychecks and not let me on property until matter is resolved.i was one of his best employees and he believes me that i did not do it but wont let me work opr give my checks to me because the cop advised him not too.i went further and hired a psychic who told me who tyook it and where it was. i ttold this to the cop and he said i was interfering with investigation and to stay away.my boss said if i am innocent i can come back to work, no problem.struggling to pay bills and wont let me have unemployment.so when the lazy cop solves this case and i am found innocent i almost feel like sueing my boss. any advice?????

Save your receipts. Do NOT speak to the police if they want to question you. Start preparing for your defense.
