Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
By law does a wife have to testify against her husband ? The case has nothing to do with abuse only here say.

A wife may be completed to testify as to what she observed, but not as to conversations between her and her husband. If she SAW her husband rob a bank, for example, then she has to testify, but not if he just told her he did it.
