Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Can a lawyer go before a judge and request "purposeful incarceration"? My son is currently incarcerated in Indiana and going into the GRIP program for substance abuse. He was told by another inmate that he could have a lawyer go before a judge and request that after he completes the 8-10 month program, he can do the remainder of his sentence in work release.
