Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I got a letter in the mail for a bond increase stating I was investigated and subsequently charged operating a vehicle while htv for life, then the are filing the habitual offender, I was never arrested for this or got a ticket for court, on the piece of paper there is no cause number or no court date, no judges signature, just the prosecutors signature...I plan on hiring a attorney on Monday but I was just wondering if the state has a case...oh yeah I'm not out on bond either

None of the facts that you relate have anything to do with whether the state can prove your guilt.
