Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I'm getting letters from a lawyer that represents a company I used to work for stating that I owe them $1600 for misappropriation and damage of company assets. The letter said if I don't pay it or set up payment arraignments they will file covalent suit and it will cost me more. Then I got a call from a detective that said he would like to speak with me about this matter.. How should I handle this situation?

I recommend you hire an attorney to discuss this matter with the Detective and to educate you a little more about what you may be facing both criminally and in civil court.
