Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
hello i live in danville indiana, i am 18 years old and have never been in trouble with the law past a speeding ticket, i recently gave my friend less the 30 grams of marijuana, honestly more like under 10 grams but nonetheless i gave it to him, i didnt recieve any payment for it, he is 15 years old and he got caught on the bus with it out, my questions are, he said my name so im sure that they will come for me but, what charges might i be facing, are they misdameader or felony, and if i do face charges do you think that they will consider conditional discharge?
