Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
i live in evansville indiana and the police came in my friend house to serve a warrant on her and found some weed anda pistol but she told them everything was hers and they charge me with dealing in marijuana and maintaining a cominusa and im not on no lease bu didnt charge me with the gun can they do that and what i need to do to get this charge off me

It's possible they are charging under "constructive possession" and the weight. Also, it might be possible they used a CI. You definitely need to hire an attorney.
