Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
if i live with my girlfriends mother and her son kicked in my bedroom door that was locked and only me and my girlfriend have the key for the bedroom can me or my girlfriend press charges without the mother or does she have to be the one to press the charges since it is her house and we do not pay rent
