Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I live in Indiana and belong to a union, A past employer has taken monies out of my paycheck and has keep the money instead of paying the accounts. the money is not taxes (example) $1.00 per hour is taken out of my check to be deposited into a savings account in my name. It has been over 4 months since I last worked for this employer, he also has not paid my benefits (pension, insurance) As to the money taken out of my check can I file criminal charges against him for keeping this money

Yes, you can report this to the police or prosecutor in your county and request prosecution.
