Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I live in Indiana, if someone has burned my property, what is my recourse?
Also what will i have to prove in order to take them to court? Will I need a police report? Will I need to have them arrested or what?

Report it to the local police or sheriff's department. Only the prosecutor's office can pursue a criminal case. You can sue in civil court for your damages.
