i live in indiana my car blew up on the highway and a friend meet up with me and pulled me off the highway imade it to my place of reasidents private property the officer asked for my id and the individgual that way pulling me the officer came back and told me i was htv trafic violator i have to be taken to jail could i beat this do to the fact the car was not running i was stearing it only and hitting the breaks when needed and the officer was on private property when he kicked on his lights to make the stop could i beat this htv case

If you can explain how your car got on the highway in the first place without you being the one driving it, then yes, with an attorney it sounds like you might have an argument.
