Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Love- Minor
My friend loved one girl and she is minor (17 yrs. 6 months) studying B.Com 1st year. After came to know about this, girl's father told to boy that he can take the girl with him, if not he will not let her to talk with the boy and harassing the girl. If the girl really comes out from her house, what kind of problems he will face with the father of that girl? can he put complaint against the boy (as she is minor)?
