lower charges while still on probation
About two years ago i was charged with, felony theft, possesion of a controlled substance and offense related to registration i spent 40 days in jail and went to a 12 week drug rehab and have been clean since. In court i plead guilty to the theft and was sentenced to 3 years probation. And anyway iam wondering if its at all possible to go back to court wiht my lawyer and have the felony reduced to a misdameanor so i can get a good job.

A full review of your criminal history is necessary as well your current conviction. If this conviction was the result of a plea agreement, then it may have addressed this in some way. Once the above has been done, then a determination may be better made.
