Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
someone made a statement against me and I was arrested for class D felony theft in Indiana. I have the proof to get this ruled in my favor I believe. Can i sue the county for this?

Not unless they KNEW the statement was false, but prosecuted you anyway. If "someone" gave them a statement, that is usually sufficient evidence to protect the government from a lawsuit.
