maintaining common nuisance
A friend got charged with maintaing ciommon nuisance.She does not reside at there. Dont you have to live at the place of the arrest?

Most prosecutions are on that basis, but it would be possible to maintain a nuisance without living there (using your office for a meth lab, for example).
