Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I got the maintenance guy going through my wifes underwear drawer?what would be the criminal charge in this case?he has been caught doing stuff like this all the time and they never fired him.My wife would like to sue the apartment complex.she feels if they would have fired him after the first time she would not be his victim.
