Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
A man rents garage from his mother. Garage is separate property on different side of town. The garage gets raided for a meth lab. Son is out of state now. 4 people were at the garage when raid happened and are all in jail for dealing, manufacturing methamphetamine and several other charges. I am wondering it the law is going to go after the mother who owns the garage if they can't find her son?

Mom might be prosecuted whether son can be located or not, if she allowed her property to be used for manufacture of drugs. Mom needs to talk to an attorney, and needs to notify son that his lease is breached due to his actions.
