Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

Marijuana

woman is in another state caring for sick father few weeks, husband orders her home right away, when she refuses he files for divorce(for third time, no grounds)she goes back to pack her things(his house)he has changed his mind about divorce. She says tough, He borrows pack of her cigaretts until he goes to store, he comes back later , throws partial pack down on her nigh stand, she is sitting on bed with anoyher pack open talking to her daughter that came to check on her, shortly police come swarch her room, find pack and arrest her. He's so stupid he is over heard numerous times before she goes to court telling her that if she will come back he wil go drop charges. Like he could do that. House in his name only.
