what is the meaning
I was wanting to know the meaning of criminal deviate conduct and also can someone get sentenced even if their rights were never read to them?

If the police conducted a search or questioned you while you were detained or significantly deprived of your freedom and you were not advised of your rights, then any evidence obtained as a result could possibly be kept out of court. Keep in mind that all facts surrounding the police conduct would have to be considered. This would not however, be cause for charges being summarily dismissed.
Criminal deviate conduct usually refers to a sexual act not tradionally recognized as "natural". This has been used many times in cases involving oral or anal sex.
My advice is that you seek out an attorney at once.
