Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Medical Attention
My brother is in county lock up on a robbery and forgery charge and is very very sick. He went to the infirmary and the nurse said she can not help him; but he's bleeding thru his urine and bowels. Who can I call to get him proper medical attention. He says his insides quiver and he's in a lot of pain. The family believes it could be his colon because he's passing clots of blood. I just want to get him some help, I don't want him to die or get grossly worse.

Re: Medical Attention
You should call the main ELECTED sheriff and put your complaint in writing after you phone him. I would not speak to anyone other than the sheriff that was elected by the voters of the county.
