hi my name is mildred mohr and i would like to know if some one is acused of molesting a teenager but they have no evindes can they put that person in jail just by the teenager saying he did it

Yes. There are many people in jail today just on the word of one person,. Sworn testimony is "evidence", even though it may not be the scientific or forensic evidence you think of from television.
