Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Minor Consumption
I was at a party and the Excise police busted it. They carded and wrote tickets for everyone at the party that blew over a .04 if they were under 21. There were over 100 citations. I was one of them. I am 20 years old and a student leader on campus. I am an overall good student academically and I have never been in trouble before. This is my first offense. I really want to get this off my record becuase I want to go to law school. What should I do?
