minor knowing about theft
My son is 16. There was computers stolen from his school. He knows who did it and also saw the computers. His name keeps coming up for the actual theft.Should he have a lawyer present if he decides to tell the police what he knows?

ABSOLUTELY!! He's likely to get himself charged if he doesn't consult and attorney before speaking to the police.
