Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Minor - Love
I have 1 question that my friend loved one girl and she is minor (17 yrs. 6 months) studying B.Tech 1st year. When both of them are going to college on his bike, girls father took a photographs of both of them and blackmailing the boy that he will put police complaint against him (as she is minor). Is it possible to lodge complaint on that ground?

yes possible that complaint is filed . Apparently there is threat only to stop the boy from going ahead . Better you wait for another six months
