Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
minor in possession
my 20 year old had a party at my house, I was out, the cops were called and my son was charged with minor in possession and consumption of alcohol. What is the likelyhood he will be convicted and what is the average sentence for this?

Re: minor in possession
It's very likely a conviction will result unless he is represented. If convicted, he may receive a suspended sentence, fines, court costs with probation. However, not knowing what court he is in and if he has any prior convictions makes it diffcult to say. A few more facts would help.
