Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I had a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation in Indiana. The warrant expired and record shows that the "prosecutor does not wish to reissue arrest warrant at this time". That was in years ago and it has not been reissued. What does that mean?

It means that the prosecutor has lost interest in your case, and there is no active warrant at this time.
