misdermner charge
how long does a misderminor charge stay on your record? I lost my job this week because it showed up and it has been 7 years. does it fall off your background check after a certain time or do i have to get it taken off some how?

Criminal convictions in Indiana stay with you FOREVER. Unless the conviction is reversed through postconviction relief, or erased due to pardon by the governor, you are out of luck.
