Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

I want to know if I miss Court

I was visting Indiana and got arrested on a really bogus charge of Conversion, I have no idea how to contact them to let them know I wont be able to attend court.

I know they will place a bench warrant for me but will they extradite me on a low count misdemeanor?

First you have to make sure that it is a misdemeanor offense. Secondly, at this point you don't have a lot of options. You could try and file a Motion to Set aside the capias, but I don't know if you have exusable neglect. The best route is to contact an experienced lawyer.
