You can't afford to NOT hire an attorney to help you. Here's why: you're facing jail time on the original charge for hitting your wife PLUS the new charge of stealing alcohol. The risk of you going to jail for quite some time is very real. You need to hire an attorney to help guide you through this because what you can expect is to be revoked and given a jail sentence. An attorney can help you minimize the damage.
