Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I missed my sentencing hearing because I was in the emergency room, I have all the paperwork from the er visit, the judge issued a warrant for my arrest regardless. What is the typical punishment for that?

Unless a new criminal case is filed for failure to appear, there is no "extra punishment".
