Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Molestation
I was falsely accused, by my 17 year old niece, of molesting her 5 to 10 yrs ago. I feel that she is making this claim to either get her way or for attention. My family knows that she is lying because one minute she says it's true, then the next minute she says that it's not. We are all devastated and don't know what to do. My sister (nieces mom) is an EMT and doesn't know if she is obligated in reporting it simply because her daughter keeps changing her story. What can I do to protect myself in this falsely accused accusation?

Re: Molestation
If you have been charged, you need to seek legal counsel immediately. If not, you need to make sure that you do NOT speak to ANYONE about this. Especially the Police. I would be happy to offer you a free 30 minute consultation.
