Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Can you tell me what a motion to transport and an order to transport means in a criminal case? The state has filed both against the defendant.

"Motion to transport": Request to the judge to have the sheriff go get someone who is in prison elsewhere for a court hearing in the judge's county.
"Order to transport": Judge says yes to the motion.
