Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Mydaughter is being charged with credit card theft fraudshe supposedly used it at a CVS and she is on their security camera it is a bad picture but they are accusing her of doing it we think that if the video was enlarged blown up that it would prove her innocence. her public defender says she has no chance and he is saying that she has to pay for the video to be blown upit is $2000 according to him we have heard however that the state has to pay to have it enlarged. This is in Indiana, could you please tell me who has to pay for this

You can ask the court to authorize costs such as this. A request does not HAVE to be granted.
