Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
is negligence of ones property be grounds for dismissal of charges ? was arrested for possession, was found in my wallet. only baggie was put into evidence room or whatever they call it .police had possession of my wallet when I was arrested, when I tried to retrieve it no one knew its whereabouts. two months later I received call from local hospital security saying was found in trash container at hospital.
